Focuses on gentle, mindful movement and body awareness to support the muscles, fascia, and connective tissues of the pelvic floor. It addresses the coordination and function of key pelvic structures—including the pelvic diaphragm, deep core muscles, and surrounding ligaments—to promote healing, reduce pain, and restore balance in the pelvis. This approach integrates anatomy with somatic (body-based) techniques and dream journey to enhance pelvic health and overall well-being.

Stretch and Meditation

 Gently elongating muscles and tendons to improve flexibility, increase range of motion, and reduce muscle tension. Regular stretching can help prevent injury, relieve stress, and enhance overall physical performance and relaxation. Finishing off with a meditation.

A practice that involves consciously controlling your breathing patterns to improve physical, mental, and emotional well-being. It can help reduce stress, increase energy, and bring clarity by calming the nervous system.
